Tenant Guidelines
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Tenants are responsible for lawn care & snow removal
- No alterations without written approval (paint, fixtures, etc.)
- Smoke detectors must remain operational at all times
- Grilling is allowed on patios only - not under covered structures
- Report pest issues promptly for fastest resolution
Pet Policy
- Pets allowed in designated properties with approval
- $300 refundable pet deposit per pet
- $25/month pet rent per pet
- Max 2 pets per household
- Breed restrictions apply - email office for details
- All pets must be current on vaccinations
Move-In / Move-Out
- 30-day written notice required before move-out
- Complete the move-out checklist for full deposit return
- Professional carpet cleaning required at move-out
- All keys and remotes must be returned
- Final walkthrough scheduled within 48 hours of move-out
- Security deposit returned within 30 days per KS law
